Relation Builder allows 12 months of pre-scheduled contact with the user's entire client list using one or all features below.

Pre- Scripted Texts - is a series of prescripted text messages.  Choose the automated pre-scripted text option. Select your TXT communication for individuals, groups or entire client list each month.

Custom Text or Text with Picture – allows the user to create their own custom message. To send out Immediately one or schedule out in advance to one or as many clients as you wish.The possibilities are endless.

GhostDial - With GhostDial, voice messaging clients will be easier than ever. Voicemails sent from this service go straight to the voicemailof the client. These messages can be listings, open houses, and much more! You can send out to one person or to as many clients as you wish!

Newsletter - is a 12 month series of pre-written newsletters. Depending on the user's preference, each newsletter can be distributed to specific clients or entire client list. Each newsletter will be branded with agent's picture, logo, and contact info. Each will have a call to action - "If you know anyone planning on buying or selling a home, please have them contact me!"

Ecards - is a 12 month series of pre-designed ecards.  Choose from either recipes, pets or home improvements. Select the ecard that appeals most to your client. Each e-card will be branded with agent's photo, logo, and contact information. Plus - it also includes a call to action.
