If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Since Salez Storm is a digital product there will be no actual physical returns. Once you have ordered and held an active account for more than 3 days there will be no returns, refunds, or exchanges. SImply cancel your month-to-month billing and your card won't be billed for the next month.


If you cancel your order within 24hrs, you will receive a refund for your full purchase price.

Request a refund and we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 2 to 3 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


If you choose to send your client a gift through our integrated store and are unhappy with the quality or condition of the gift, you may be entitled to a refund minus shipping costs. Shipping costs are 100% non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
